Welcome to Eclecticism to the Power of Two! We're Claire and Izzie- two girls from Washington state. We decided to start our own business as part of the Acton Children's business fair (Learn more about the fair HERE). We have been friends for over 6 years and have always enjoyed collaborating to make things. Eclecticism to the Power of Two demonstrates our creativity and widely diverse imaginations while allowing us to learn more about making a small business.
We chose the name Eclecticism to the Power of Two for our business name because the definition of Eclecticism is an almost exact description of our business- It means that something is "composed of elements drawn from various sources". Our products are just that- unique and inspired by different things. The second part of our business name- "To the Power of Two" is because we are two people running this whole business together (and we both love math)
